Browse 33 drawings, from a single faceted crystal to geodes arranged with plants, books, and home decor. Some designs have broad shapes that are quick to color, while others fill the page with patterns and small details.

Choose by age and coloring level

A child’s patience and pencil control matter more than age alone. Start with a clear outline and a few large spaces, then choose a busier scene when the colorist is ready to work carefully.

Easy Crystal Coloring Pages for Kids

For a 3-year-old, try the crystal cluster with four smiling stones or the large faceted crystal; both have simple outlines and roomy sections. A 7-year-old may enjoy adding color to the rose quartz or the crystal-filled cat mug, whose cute face makes the scene playful without requiring tiny details.

Medium-Level Crystal Scenes

These designs add a few more elements to balance: flowers and leaves beside two crystals, mushrooms growing around crystals, or a glass bottle with a cork among the stones. A crescent moon, stars, or a glass dome gives kids a clear focal point while leaving room to make up a setting.

Detailed Crystal Coloring Pages for Adults

For a quieter, slower project, choose a geometric floral mandala or the realistic quartz formation, where many facets call for careful shading. Room scenes bring in books, macramé, hanging plants, and a geode rug; trays, terrariums, succulents, and butterflies add smaller shapes to color. Browse adult coloring pages for other designs with fine detail.

How crystals differ from geodes

A crystal is a solid whose particles form an orderly repeating structure, which can create the flat faces and pointed ends seen in quartz drawings. A geode is a rock with a hollow interior that may be lined with crystals, so its rough outer shell and sparkling inner cavity make a contrasting scene.

Colors for quartz, amethyst, and geodes

Use clear or pale gray for rock crystal, soft pink for rose quartz, and violet shades for amethyst. A geode can have a dark outer edge and bands of lighter color inside, while leaves, petals, and succulents bring greens and brighter accents into the picture.

Make a crystal sorting activity

After coloring, invite kids to sort the pictures by shape: pointed single crystals, clusters, geodes, or stones paired with plants and flowers. They can name a color for each group or invent a small display, such as a shelf, a seaside collection, or a terrarium.

Print Crystal coloring pages as PDFs

Choose “Open the PDF” to open a drawing, or select “Print” to send it directly to a printer, including from a phone. Use fit-to-page settings for full scenes, and try thicker paper with markers; colored pencils work well for fine facets, mandala patterns, and small leaves.
